Zaccho Dance Theatre

DEBRIS/FLOWS explores landscape, rubbish and the culture of nature. Drawing inspiration from rocks, mudslides, systems theory, road-kill, oil spills, Little Red Riding Hood and other nature tales, this interactive dance performance and craft installation will transform an open plan warehouse space into an inviting labyrinth of seed swapping and vegetable planting stations; foods from local gardens; audio kiosks that evoke far flung landscapes; an original sculpture installation made from recycled plastic bags; and other interactive elements.
